Key Responsibilities

1. Architect Salesforce Solutions: Design scalable and high-performing Salesforce architectures for projects across Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.

2. System Integration: Develop and guide integrations with third-party systems using Salesforce APIs, middleware, and integration tools.

3. Data Strategy: Define data models and ensure data integrity across Salesforce and integrated systems.

4. Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, including developers, admins, and business teams, to align technical solutions with business objectives.

5. Optimize System Performance: Conduct technical audits, identify inefficiencies, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance Salesforce performance.

6. Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation for architecture, data models, and integration patterns.

7. Leadership: Provide technical guidance to developers and ensure alignment with Salesforce best practices.

Requirements

Technical Skills

• Salesforce Certifications: Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Application Architect, or System Architect (preferred).

• 5–8 years of Salesforce experience in a technical or architectural capacity.

• Expertise in Salesforce clouds: Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

• Advanced knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP).

• Strong experience in middleware tools like MuleSoft, Informatica, or Dell Boomi.

• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and deployment tools like Gearset or Copado.

• Understanding of data architecture, including data modeling, security, and governance.

• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

Soft Skills

• Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving capabilities.

• Strong communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Leadership abilities to guide teams and ensure project alignment.

• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying risks and inefficiencies.

Additional Details

• Hours: Approximately 20 hours/week or less. Flexibility required.

• Projects: Focused on Salesforce system enhancements, architecture design, and integrations, including Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.

• Compensation: Competitive rates based on experience (contract basis).
